1. Display and Design
The OnePlus Nord 3 5G features a 6.74-inch Super Fluid AMOLED display with an adaptive refresh rate of up to 120Hz. Its 2772 × 1240 resolution provides a detailed viewing experience for videos, photographs, reading and everyday applications.
The high refresh rate can make supported animations and scrolling feel smooth. AMOLED technology also provides deep blacks and vivid colours, making the phone useful for entertainment and social media.
The device includes an Alert Slider, a distinctive OnePlus feature that lets users quickly change notification modes. Its large display may be less convenient for people who prefer compact smartphones.
2. Performance and Gaming
The MediaTek Dimensity 9000 processor was designed for high-performance smartphones. Combined with LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 3.1 storage, the Nord 3 5G has hardware suited to multitasking, demanding applications and many modern games.
Actual gaming performance depends on the game, graphics settings, device temperature and software version. Extended gaming can cause the phone to become warm, and performance may change to manage temperature.
Choose the RAM and storage variant according to your needs. Check the available listing carefully because the 8GB/128GB and 16GB/256GB versions can differ in price and availability.
3. Camera Features
The rear camera system includes a 50MP Sony IMX890 main sensor with optical image stabilisation, an 8MP ultrawide camera and a 2MP macro camera.
The main camera is designed for everyday photography and supports OIS to help reduce blur caused by small hand movements. The ultrawide camera is useful for landscapes, architecture and group photographs. The macro camera is intended for close-up subjects.
The phone supports 4K video recording at up to 60 frames per second using supported camera modes. The 16MP front camera is designed for selfies and video calls.
Camera results vary with lighting and settings. If photography is your main priority, check sample photos and low-light comparisons before making a purchase.
4. Battery and 80W Charging
The Nord 3 5G has a 5,000mAh equivalent typical battery capacity and supports 80W SUPERVOOC charging. OnePlus has advertised charging from 1% to roughly 60% in around 15 minutes under its specified laboratory conditions.
Real-world charging speed can vary with temperature, battery level, charger compatibility and usage. Battery life also depends on screen brightness, network conditions, gaming and background applications.
Check the seller's listing to confirm the charger and accessories included with your selected device. The original retail package listed by OnePlus included an 80W adapter, although package contents can vary by seller or region.
