Design and Build Quality
The realme Narzo N65 5G brings a stylish design with a modern touch. The back panel features a circular camera module and a smooth matte finish that resists fingerprints. The phone feels solid in hand, with a good weight balance and curved edges for a comfortable grip.
It’s also IP54-rated, meaning it is resistant to light splashes and dust – a rare feature in this price segment. The punch-hole display adds to the premium look, offering a more immersive viewing experience.
Available in vibrant color options like Amber Gold and Deep Green, the Narzo N65 5G is designed for young users who love stylish yet functional smartphones.
Display: Smooth 120Hz Experience
One of the biggest highlights of the Narzo N65 5G is its 6.67-inch IPS LCD display with a 120Hz adaptive refresh rate. Whether you're scrolling through social media, watching videos, or playing games, the experience is buttery smooth.
-
Resolution: HD+ (1604 × 720 pixels)
-
Brightness: Up to 625 nits (peak)
While the HD+ resolution might not be the sharpest on paper, it’s efficient on battery and offers good visibility indoors and outdoors. The 120Hz refresh rate, adaptive between 45Hz to 120Hz, ensures that the phone saves power intelligently when high refresh isn't needed.
Performance: MediaTek Dimensity 6300 5G
Under the hood, the Narzo N65 5G is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chipset, a powerful and efficient 5G processor built on a 6nm process. It delivers excellent performance in daily tasks, multitasking, and light gaming.
-
Geekbench Scores: Around 750 (single-core), 1950 (multi-core)
-
Antutu Score: Approx. 415,000+
With 4GB or 6GB LPDDR4X RAM and 128GB UFS 2.2 storage, apps load quickly, and you can store a lot of photos, videos, and apps. The virtual RAM expansion (up to +6GB) helps in improving multitasking performance.
Gaming titles like BGMI, Free Fire, and Asphalt 9 run smoothly on medium settings. Thanks to the 5G chipset, downloads and streaming are super fast when connected to a 5G network.
Camera: Sharp 50MP AI Sensor
The realme Narzo N65 5G is equipped with a 50MP AI main sensor that captures detailed photos in daylight and performs decently in low light.
-
Rear Camera Features: Night mode, Portrait mode, HDR, AI scene recognition
-
Video Recording: 1080p at 30fps
-
Front Camera: 8MP selfie shooter
The camera app is easy to use, with multiple modes to enhance creativity. Selfies come out crisp with good skin tones, and the portrait mode does a decent job of edge detection.
While it may not compete with flagship cameras, for this price, the photo quality is impressive, especially in daylight conditions.
Battery Life: 5000mAh + 15W Charging
With a 5000mAh battery, the realme Narzo N65 5G offers all-day battery life even with heavy usage. Thanks to the power-efficient 6nm chipset and adaptive refresh rate, the phone easily lasts more than a day.
-
Screen-on-Time: 7-8 hours
-
Charging Speed: 15W fast charging (via USB Type-C)
Although the 15W charging is not the fastest, it is acceptable for this segment. It takes about 1 hour 50 minutes for a full charge from 0% to 100%.
Software Experience: realme UI 5.0 (Android 14)
Out of the box, the Narzo N65 5G runs on the latest realme UI 5.0 based on Android 14. The user interface is clean, smooth, and offers minimal bloatware compared to previous versions.
